There is no return policy for digitally delivered knitting patterns.

TERMS OF SALE FOR THE ONLINE STORE AT RKNITS.COM FOR SALE OF PRODUCTS AND DIGITAL FILES.

GENERALLY

These sales conditions apply to all sales of products and patterns / digital files from rknits.com. The terms of sale, together with the order placed in the online store on rknits.com, confirmed through an order confirmation, constitute the overall contractual basis for the purchase.

1. PARTIES

When completing a purchase, you as a customer are responsible for adding the correct product and quantity to the shopping cart. When purchasing patterns / digital files (PDF), you have no right of return.

7. PURCHASE PATTERNS

When purchasing patterns / digital files (PDF), you will shortly receive an order confirmation by e-mail, which contains a link where you can download the pattern. The pattern is available for download within 24 hours of receipt. If you miss the deadline or loose the pdf document please email me and include your name, order number and email address used to purchase the pattern.

8. USE OF DIGITAL FILES

Digital files(knitting patterns) purchased from rknits.com are for private use only. They shall not be copied, shared or resold in any way. Sales of products made according to recipes are not permitted.

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION
